What e-book formats do you support?

We currently support EPUB, PDF, and TXT formats. You can convert between any of these three formats: EPUB to PDF, EPUB to TXT, and PDF to EPUB. We are working on adding support for MOBI (Amazon Kindle), AZW3 (Kindle KF8), and CBZ (comic book archive) formats soon.

Can I convert DRM-protected e-books?

No. Our converter does not support DRM-protected files. You must remove DRM protection from your e-book before converting it on ConvertPivot. We recommend only converting files you own and have the legal right to modify.

Is my book uploaded to a server?

No. All e-book conversion happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly technology. Your files are never uploaded to any server, ensuring complete privacy and security. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads.

What devices are supported?

EPUB files work with most e-readers including Kobo, iPad, iPhone, Android devices, and Nook. PDF files work on any device with a PDF reader. TXT files are supported by every device with a text editor. For Amazon Kindle devices, we recommend converting to a compatible format.
